牛鸿敏，女，工学博士，中共党员，长安大学电子与控制工程学院讲师，交通信息与控制工程系2022级班主任。

2014年在哈尔滨工程大学获得自动化专业工学学士学位，2021年获得哈尔滨工程大学智能科学与工程学院控制科学与工程专业博士学位，发表SCI、EI等高水平论文5篇，发明专利4项，参与完成国家级项目、省部级项目6项。

主要研究方向包括非线性系统建模及控制，运动姿态控制，干扰观测器设计，智能控制及鲁棒控制策略等。
